1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the bkbd website at https://bkbd.win, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the bkbd platform immediately.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and bkbd (the operator). They apply to all products and services offered through the bkbd platform, including but not limited to: sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and virtual sports), live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, dragon tiger, teen patti), slots, instant win games, and all payment and account management services.

bkbd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bkbd will notify registered players via the contact email address associated with their account. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is the player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

1.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the bkbd platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. bkbd operates as a safe and reliable platform and takes all reasonable steps to comply with applicable laws and regulations in relation to its services.

1.2 Language

The official language of these Terms & Conditions is English. All communications between bkbd and its players — including support tickets, account notifications, and promotional emails — will be conducted in English unless otherwise agreed.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use bkbd, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a resident of or physically located in Bangladesh at the time of play.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on any self-exclusion register or with bkbd directly.
• You do not already hold another active bkbd account. Only one account per player is permitted.
• You have not previously had a bkbd account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.

2.1 Age Verification

bkbd conducts age and identity verification as part of the account registration process. You may be required to submit a copy of a valid government-issued identification document — such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — to confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement. Withdrawal of funds may be withheld pending successful age verification.

If bkbd determines or suspects at any point that a player is under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending investigation. If the suspicion is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any deposited funds may be returned after investigation costs are accounted for.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account with bkbd. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, different identities, or third-party identities — is a serious breach of these Terms. Any duplicate accounts identified will be closed, balances forfeited, and the player's primary account may also be permanently banned.

3 Account Registration

To access betting, casino, and payment features on bkbd, you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge and requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number.

You agree that all information provided during registration — and any updates made to your account profile thereafter — is truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.1 Account Credentials

Upon registration, you will create a username and password that together constitute your account credentials. You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your password confidential and not disclosing it to any third party.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Notifying bkbd immediately via live chat or email if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Logging out of your account when using a shared or public device.

bkbd will never ask you to reveal your password by email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any request for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the bkbd support team immediately.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC)

As part of its commitment to security and responsible operation, bkbd may request KYC documentation from any player at any time, including but not limited to: a copy of a government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card or passport), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of ownership of the payment method used (e.g., a screenshot of a registered bKash account). Failure to provide requested KYC documents within the timeframe specified may result in a temporary suspension of withdrawal facilities until the documents are received and verified.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bkbd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bkbd does not impose foreign currency conversion on player accounts. The following payment methods are currently supported:

• Mobile Banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at bkbd is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may trigger enhanced due diligence procedures under bkbd's anti-money-laundering policy. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your bkbd account within minutes of transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two business hours to reflect.

bkbd does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The name registered on the payment method used must match the name on your bkbd account. Deposits from unmatched payment accounts will be returned, less any processing fees incurred.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within one to four hours of submission during normal operating conditions. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have successfully completed identity and age verification before the first withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible, in compliance with anti-money-laundering best practices.
• Any active bonus wagering requirement must be completed before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
• bkbd reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for security checks in exceptional circumstances. Players will be notified if additional verification is required.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

bkbd is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of any illegal activity. The platform monitors all financial transactions for suspicious activity. bkbd reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the player. Any player found to be using bkbd for money laundering purposes will have their account permanently closed and all funds frozen pending investigation.

5 Betting & Casino Rules

By participating in any betting or casino activity on the bkbd platform, you acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose the funds you wager. bkbd does not guarantee winnings and accepts no liability for losses incurred through participation in betting or casino games.

5.1 Sports Betting

bkbd offers pre-match and in-play sports betting markets on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, and virtual sports. All bets are settled at the odds available at the time the bet was accepted. The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on bkbd:

• Bets placed after the official start time of an event will be voided unless specifically offered as in-play markets.
• In the event of an event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bkbd's event-specific rules will determine settlement. In most cases, bets on abandoned events are voided and stakes returned.
• bkbd reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any time, including during live play, if there are concerns about data integrity or unusual market activity.

5.2 Casino Games

All casino games available on bkbd — including slots, live dealer tables, and instant win games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable. Live dealer games are streamed from certified studios operated by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games reflect long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

Malfunctions in casino games — whether caused by software errors, network interruptions, or data feed failures — void all affected plays and any associated winnings. In the event of a malfunction, bkbd will investigate and, where appropriate, refund affected stakes.

5.3 Bet Integrity

bkbd monitors all betting activity for signs of match fixing, insider trading, and other integrity violations. Bets placed by individuals with insider knowledge of match outcomes — including players, coaches, officials, or their associates — are strictly prohibited. Any bet suspected of being placed on the basis of non-public information may be voided and the account investigated. bkbd cooperates fully with relevant sporting and regulatory bodies in integrity investigations.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

bkbd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 18 and above only.
• Each player may claim each specific promotion once unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the time window specified in the promotion details.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• bkbd reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between player accounts or converted to cash without first satisfying the applicable wagering requirements.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses at bkbd carry a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x means the bonus must be wagered twenty times before withdrawal). Only wagers placed on eligible games contribute toward wagering requirements. Certain game categories — typically live dealer games and low-margin sports bets — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. 6.2 Bonus Abuse

bkbd has robust systems in place to detect and prevent bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once; placing opposing bets on the same event across multiple accounts to guarantee a bonus-derived profit (bonus arbitrage); and using betting patterns designed specifically to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure. Any player found to have abused a bonus offer will have the bonus and any derived winnings removed from their account, and may face permanent account closure.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bkbd platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one player account.
• Providing false, forged, or misleading identity or payment documentation.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with casino games on your behalf.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any gains made through exploitation of a verifiable error will be voided.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Using the platform to launder money or to conduct any transaction that is unlawful under applicable law.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bkbd support staff or other platform users.
• Sharing your account login credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to operate your account.
• Attempting to access any part of the bkbd platform or its underlying systems through means not provided or authorised by bkbd.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

bkbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including where:

• A player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• A player is unable to provide satisfactory KYC documentation when requested.
• Suspicious financial or betting activity is detected on the account.
• A player requests self-exclusion under bkbd's responsible gaming framework.
• bkbd is required to do so by a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement instruction.

8.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may close your bkbd account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Upon closure request, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered payment method within five business days, provided all wagering requirements have been satisfied and no pending investigations are active.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

If you feel that gambling is having a negative impact on your life, bkbd strongly encourages you to make use of the self-exclusion facility. Self-exclusion can be requested for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, one year, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be inaccessible and you will not receive any promotional communications from bkbd. 8.3 Consequences of Closure for Breach

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, bkbd reserves the right to void any pending bets, retain any balance derived from fraudulent activity or bonus abuse, and report the matter to relevant authorities. Players whose accounts are closed for breach are not permitted to re-register with bkbd.
